Foundation
Define your product, corridors and unit economics. Set up your Nexim workspace and classify your goods.
Weeks 4–6
Suppliers and compliance
Shortlist suppliers, map tariffs, FTAs and permits, and lock down a compliant route to market.
Weeks 7–9
Buyers and first deals
Reach buyers, run outreach and close your first or next shipments with mentor feedback.
Weeks 10–12
Funding and demo day
Package your traction, meet financing partners and present at the cohort demo day.
